Data deletion requests

You can ask us to delete personal information that we hold, whether it came through this website or through a conversation with Neo, our AI assistant, for one of our business clients (on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, SMS, web chat or phone).

How to ask

Email info@delegateit.co.za with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us:

• your name;
• the phone number, email address, or Messenger or Instagram account you used;
• the business you were talking to, if you know it;
• what you would like deleted.

What happens next

We will confirm that we received your request, check that it is really you, and then delete the information we hold, including conversation records, contact details and notes, except where the law requires us to keep something. If the business you contacted is the responsible party, we will also tell them so they can delete their copy. We aim to complete this within 30 days and will tell you when it is done.
