Our Working Process - How We Work For Our Customers
Planning
Planning requires us to speak with the client by asking important question about their idea and addressing their business goal. Based on the above a quote will be developed and approved by the client.
Analysis
After an agreement has been made, our team will begin to analyze the documents related to the project, by breaking it down into smaller parts in order to have a better understanding. We determine the essential features which will make the design come to life.
Design
Once the team has analyzed the project , we begin to come up with multiple designs that will match the idea that the client has provided. Once a design has been chosen and the client are happy we finalize it in a Design Document Specification (DDS) by evaluating all sides in terms of risks, operational, reliability, user-friendliness and cost-effectiveness. Once this has been drawn up it becomes the foundation of the next step in the development life cycle (DLC).
Implementation
When the DDS has been finalized we begin to bring the project to life. We aim to produce working code and start to show results to the client. The majority of the time allocated by our estimation or estimation from our clients will be spent during the development stage. Often the developing process might exceed the estimated time because clients might consider adding something new to the project or have unexpected problem.
Testing & Integration
Following the success of developing the project we being to stress test the application or website, by scouting for bugs or other crucial problems, and begin to find solutions in order to make it run smoothly and not cause any errors. After the stress test has been successful we will know that the application or website will be good to go , it will be available and can be presented to the outside world.
Maintanance
Maintenance is the final stage of the DLC. Once the website or app is ready to go and presented, we will keep updates on the project and if any errors occur, we would immediately find solutions in order to get the project up and running without any problems.
